Marvin Kuha

 

Marvin Duane “Dave” Kuha, age 73, of Menahga, Minnesota died on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Lakewood Health Center in  Staples.

Marvin was born October 8, 1944 in Sebeka to William and Vida (Hoyhtya) Kuha. He grew up and attended school in Sebeka. He joined the United States Navy in 1962. During his 20 year career, he travelled the world and was honorably discharged in 1982. He eventually  returned to Menahga where he worked at RDO until retirement.  Marvin enjoyed fishing, living on the lake and spending time with Doreen driving the country roads, enjoying the scenery.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Bill and Vida; brother, Jim and sister, Shirley. Marvin is survived by his soul mate, Doreen Johnson of Menahga; brother Roger (Chris) Kuha of California, sister Brenda (Jerry) Centner of Arizona; nine nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday, November 2 at 11 a.m. at the Wevley Funeral Home in Sebeka.
