The funeral service for Andrew Fultz of Perham, Minnesota, formerly of Wadena, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, at the Family Life Church in Verndale with Pastor Amos Self presiding.

Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Wadena Cemetery.

Andrew, age 21, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at his home in Perham.
