Joyce Johnson

1932-2018

Joyce Marie (Holl) Johnson, 86, Bloomington, Minnesota passed away Monday, January 1, 2018. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Anne (Samson) Holl, beloved son, Cameron, brothers, Claude and Rosamer; sisters, Eileen, and Leona.

She is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Donovan; son, Christopher; daughter, Melanie (Randall) Thue; grandchildren: Zachary (Paige), Brandon, Nicole and Evan Thue; brothers, Justin (Gerry) Holl and Gerald (Bonnie) Holl; sisters, Dorothy Poot and Annette Eiden and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joyce spent 45 summers on Lake Belle Taine and attended Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church. Memorials preferred to the Haiti Project in care of Our Lady of the Pines, P.O. Box 378, 205 Main Street West, Nevis, MN 56467

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was January 11, 2018 at the Church of St. Edward 9401 Nesbitt Ave. South, Bloomington. Burial took place at Dawn Valley Memorial Park, Bloomington.
