Seth White-Raines

1993-2018

Seth White-Raines was born on July 30, 1993 to Angela Raines-Baker and Clinton Tom White. Seth met his fiancé Shanae five years ago, they had their daughter Atheena in 2016. His two girls Shanae and Atheena were the highlight of his life. Seth attended Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig and graduated in 2012. While attending school he participated in basketball, football and Drum & Dance. He was employed with Leech Lake Gaming where he most currently was a cook at Dancing Fire. Throughout Seth’s life he loved to hunt, fish, learn about his culture and spend time with family. Seth was a very proud and loving father, fiancé and uncle. He also enjoyed good conversation and time spent with friends. Seth’s company, smile, good heartedness and laughter was contagious, lit up a room and will be missed by many.

Seth was preceded in death by grandmothers Pamela White and Bee Christopherson; and many other family members to welcome him home.

He is survived by his fiancé, Shanae Pence; daughter, Atheena White-Raines; mother, Angela Baker; father, Tom (Jen) White; brothers: TJ Warner and Thomas White; sisters: Shane and Tara Warner and Paige White; step siblings: Alex and Jaclyn Stewart; grandpa, Kenneth (Twila) Raines; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday July 5. Funeral services were held on Friday July 6. Burial took place in Lakeview Cemetery. Arrangements were trusted to Carroll Funeral Home, Deer River & Bigfork, Minnesota.
