Garrett French

1982-2019

Garrett Lee French passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

He was born to Gary and Cheryl French on February 18, 1982 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was baptized in the Christian faith. Garrett was raised in Columbia Heights where he attended school. He later made a life for himself in Elk River where he worked for Target almost 17 years.

He enjoyed watching wrestling, MMA and UFC. He was very well read in history and current world events, such as politics and religion. He had an amazing memory. He was a strong Christian and knew the Bible front to back. He was a self taught guitarist and loved music. Garrett was humble, honest and caring. One of his proudest moments was being an uncle.

Garrett was preceded in death by his grandparents Kenneth and Helen Peterson and Vernie and Ellen Anderson.

He is survived by his mother Cheryl Peterson, and father Gary French; sisters: Sybil Peterson, and Carly French (Jeremy); nieces: Anastasia, and Kaija; nephews: Merlyn, and Westin, and great-nephew Everett; family, friends and co-workers.

Services will be held at Eternity Church in Princeton, on Sunday, February 24 at 4 p.m.
