Ronald McAdams

1950-2019

Ronald “Ron” A. McAdams, 68, of Menahga, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at home on the family farm.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Cease Family Funeral Home Chapel of Park Rapids, with visitation one hour prior.

Ron was born October 31, 1950 the son of Lowell and Betty (Roehrig) McAdams in Fairmont, Minnesota. He attended school in Menahga, graduating in 1969. He went on to attend tech school and lived in the metro for most of his life. 16 years ago, Ronald moved back to Menahga, to live on the family farm and work at RDO as a seasonal farmer.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycle drag racing early in life. Attended WeFest for many years, and will be remembered as the uncle who always had popsicles for the kids!

Ronald is survived by his two brothers: Bruce (Barbara) McAdams, and David (Paulette) McAdams; nieces and nephews: Brent McAdams, Craig (Natalie) McAdams, Darren (Sheila) McAdams, Janine (Jake) Ylioja, Steven (Karen) McAdams, Megan (Justin) Hillukka and Nicole (Kevin) Loukusa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
